Sorry for the boring hand but I need all the help i can get.
villian is a cs. Are these bet sizes standard?

No, they aren't. Most around here use a 4xBB + 1BB per limper preflop. So, that would make it $5 to go preflop. Your flop bet is also too big, especially heads-up. Some people go full pot, many go 2/3-3/4, so something like $15 or so. Hand like this, you are WA/WB (way ahead/way behind). Your TPTK is good or he has a set or overpair. $15 would be better or even a tad less HU.
