Looks fine. A cap preflop would be nice though, considering the loose BB in there...

you guys don't think the flop cap was overplaying a PRF 3-bettor who now check/3-bets?

i also think we could to put in another raise in there PRF with BB and great position.

The flop. I thought about just calling his 3bet.
Because he 3bet me preflop and now check/3bet me on the flop.

I kinda agree with this, especially at 3/6. If the read on the guy is good enough a 50/4 3bet preflop and the check 3bet on the flop usually means a monster. I have also seem high VPIP low PFR types throw in a totally random play here from time to tim, but I would probably just call down after the flop and when he raises the river you cant like your chances too much.
