Oversees banking

I am new to this, any suggestions? I want to open an oversees account but I dont know where to start. I live in Wisconsin if that helps.

yea swiss accounts do seem to be "standard". i think for the good stuff you need at least 15k to open an account?

plus another 5K to bribe the official.

I've never done it myself and don't have plans to do it but from what I've heard, the Bahamas is the way to go. First, you open an LLC or Corporation over there. Then you use this corporation to open a bank account in it's name but 100% controlled by you. You can connect this bank account to neteller.

Be sure to pay Uncle Sam taxes for any income you make off this offshore LLC/Corporation.
