I rarely come across this situation but am lost when it happens. Hands like Ax, Kx and mid Qs are an easy riase but what about suited crap, low connectors and other junk?

You get 3:1 on a call providing its not raised, 2:1 if it is raised but you are out of position throughout the hand. I dont like to raise junk because its often called. I guess you need reads.

Any advice?

How aggressive is the BB? If the BB will often raise a SB limper, it is usually better to raise or fold.

Some players let you complete with any two, bet any flop, and take it down. These guys are great to play against. Notice you're risking the same amount as a preflop steal, but you have a much higher chance of success against many players.

Also blind structure makes a big difference.
