Ok, there's a really low stack and I have a healthy stack of chips. Villain is donkish:

Certainly close enough to not be called stupid. I think it's ok if villian is loose enough.

Edit: I dunno, maybe you still need QQ.

If he's donkish I would have made the same move.
You could fold an most likely outlast the short stack.

This is like my only strategy post in a year. Bump.

Damn my job is boring.

I would fold before pushing..but I'm a weak-tighty when I'm in 2nd or 3rd when there is 4 people left and one of my opponents is VERY VERY short stacked(like 2x the BB).

It's certainly correct to be tight here, but with a loose villian, I'm pretty sure QQ is solid for pushing. Someone with SNG powertools available should play around with it.

If villain is donkish and you think he's calling your all-in raise, why not just smooth call and have a look at the flop before you commit the rest of your stack. If a flop comes out that's not to you liking and he bets you can fold and still have about 1100 which is double what the shortstack got. And if the flop comes out low and villain checks a hand such A-Q you move in and he might fold. Anyone likes this line?

Too often you will be setting yourself up to have to dump the best hand after the flop.
