I'm thinking of a sliding scale bonus system for the police and national guard guys in New Orleans. If you can catch looters in the act:
Small tight patterns in the chest area: $500
Head Shot: $1,000
Head Shot on CNN: $5,000
Two looters, dead before they hit the ground, less than 10 rounds expended: $2,500
Two looters, on CNN, lots of pink spray: $10,000
Single shot kill, looter with child or children, kids unharmed: $2,000
Large burst kill, looter with child or children, kids unharmed: $1,000
Large calibre weapon kill, single or mutliple targets, .50 calibre or higher, on CNN: $500
Medium Antitank Weapon kill, moving vehicle, two or more looters, on CNN: $25,000
Same as above, not televised: $10,000
Air Strike, entire street full of looters, no collateral kills or woundings, on CNN: $5,000
Same as above, with collateral damage: $0 (maybe a fine)
Special bonus section:
Raking a building with so much heavy weapon fire that it collapses and mashes a dozen or more looters, on CNN, during prime time: $100,000
Same as above, less than a dozen looters: $97,500
Should we add special night operations bonus grids? It is more tricky to take ut a crowd of thugs at night using infrared or enhanced optics.
