Ok once in a while I guess, although if he is constantly aggressive I would take a stand and call it down.

How aggressive is this guy after the flop? It may be possible that a raise on the flop will get you a free card on the turn, or cause him/her to fold, and if you get three-bet you know you can give it up.

I'm not really a fan of peeling here with only one overcard on an otherwise drawy flop. I'd find a better spot.
