This particular villain didn't seem to be getting to out of line. His raise seems to me like he likes his hand with the big raise, probably protecting against the flush, since I'm OOP and my implied odds blow should I be folding this? If not what's my turn line if I call? Or push the flop?

And yes, I did fold.

you're between a 3:1 and 2:1 underdog vs a made flush (depending on whether his flush cards are overcards to your 7). 50/50 vs. top pair/overpair . since you likely have very little fold equity and the implied odds don't seem to good i think it's a fold.

Easy fold. You have no implied odds at all.

Easy fold. You're risking way too much on a draw that's transparent anyway.
