Despite my reads, should I have made a c-bet? I don't think I would have made this c-bet even I was multi-tabling and didn't have any reads. Is this a mistake?

It's pretty standard not to c-bet in 4-way pots. The only thing I don't like is your preflop raise which is way too small considering there is a limper. I'm also not sure whether you should raise at all with AQ if UTG has limped and is a tight player.
