View Full Version : Your WillHill account is probably not as secure as you thought it was.

The other day I had to contact WillHill because I forgot my password, and after guessing wrong a few times it got locked.

To unlock the account, all they asked me was my username, and my address. Bam, password reset, and the guy told me what it was over the phone.

Seeing that these two bits of information aren't really that hard to obtain, I'm planning on not keeping any significant amount of money at WillHill from this point forward.

Maybe they only gave it to you because the caller ID on the phone you were calling from matched the phone # they have on file for you? Still bad though as caller ID can be spoofed.

Nope. I called their UK number using one of those cheapo internet phone cards.
