well...
1)I thought the hand was really silly
2)Should I have called the river?

Dude had generic 2+2er stats, The room was dying down, and I had abused his blind 3 or 4 times in a row.

Play is fine up until the river, where you should be folding.

My river call was pretty much only because he seemed pissed that i stomped his blind so many times in a row.
...
*edited out his name*
BB shows [ 7h, Jc ] a pair of sevens.

are you sure he's a 2+2er? If he is, he absolutely sucks over a large sample.

Here's a handi played against him

I open KTo button, he 3bets SB, i call
flop KTx capped

turn J he bets i raise he 3bets i call

river A he bets i call

turns over QQ for the backdoored straight.

ah, maybe he isnt.

I had 60 or so hands on him and he was 23/17. Just assumed he was.

Looks like he's just semi-skilled and tilt-proned.

23/17 does not make someone a 2+2'er.

No way of knowing this of course...but I suspect that the percentage of non 2+2'ers with 6-max stats in the generic 23/17 range is pretty high.

Playing a hand badly or being tilt-prone does not mean they AREN'T a 2+2'er either.
