UTG was aggressive and never pushed, always min-raised.

The weird thing is if UTG had pushed, it might actually be a fold. I'm probably a 60/40 but so what, SB will go out soon. So maybe I should have just folded it.

I kind of like it. I think it is very possible that he figures you are doing a stop'n'go, but it is also very possible that he then calls with something you beat.

I'd push preflop, and be pissed off when he turns over AK. Damn ICM

I'd just push this preflop.

I would hardly call it a stop n go when villain has pot odds to call with most hands. A stop n go is a huge raise to make people fold.

He is also getting pot odds to call with almost any two preflop so I like the Stop and go more than the repush because stop and go you are getting more folding equity, not much more, but slightly more.

I like a pre-flop push here better because I think you have enough fold equity to make it +EV. I usually reserve stop-and-goes for when I have absolutely no FE pre-flop but might have some post-flop. Also, a read would help here quite a bit. AQ is a hand I'm willing to fold with these stacks depending on the other players at the table, particularly the one who open raised.
