flop raiser bets, one call, i call

flop raiser bets, fold to me, i call

Folding the turn is tempting, but I like your call given that a 5 is probably good, a 3 is sometimes good, and an ace is sometimes good. If you weren't making the only call on the river, I'd fold it. Looks good overall.
