I was curious if there anyone had written preflop play hand charts that have had success, or if anyone could link me to a good thread about it.

Howard Lederer produces something like that and Dan Harrington obviously describes opening requirements in HOH Vol. 1. But since opening requirements change as stack sizes and table conditions change, it's not correct to be playing with a chart .

Check out the 1 table tournaments there are several guides available there.

Those have VERY little to do with opening requirements in MTTs.
