First, a little background. I've been playing poker for about two years in B and M. I'm not close to a casino, but have had about 12-6 hour session. In January, I started playing online. I play mostly micro-limit ring games (up to $1-$2). I've also played in several single-table tourneys (no-limit and limit hold em). I've done good in the tourneys. I've finished first about 1/4 of the time and in the money about half the time. I show an equal profit in tourneys and ring games.

Anyway, I recently have delved into multi-table tourneys (no-limit). My second was last night on UB. The first was a $1 tourney on UB and I finished in the money at 17th out of 180.

Last night, this was a 25 pt event paying $30 to winner, $15 to 2nd. It paid through 40th, but only first through about 4th or 5th place were worth anything.

There were 270 starters. AT this point in time, there are about 130 players left. I'm at T2000 for chips, just below average stack-size for the tournament. Blinds are 20/40. I have QQ (suits are irrelevant). I'm third to act and open-raise making it 200 to go. All fold to the Big Blind who calls. Flop is 5s, 9d, 10c. I bet 500 into a pot that has 400. Opponent calls. Flop is 10s. I bet 200, opponent calls. Turn is 5h. I bet another 200 and he raises making it 900 or so to go. His raise, if I call puts me all in. He will be left with 900 chips if I call and win hand.

Anyway, please analyze my play at all betting rounds. What did I do right and what did I do wrong. Would you call his all-in raise? or fold? What do you think he had?

I will post hand results and also some self-analysis later.

Thanks!

PS: This is my first-ever hand analysis post btw!

I'd be worried about a ten here. I check the river to make sure I can't be raised either by a ten or someone representing a ten.
