There wouldn't have been a USA without French assistance in the Revolutionary War. The Statue of Liberty. The Lousianna Purchase. The majority of the Panama Canal.
Rousseau. Voltaire. The list goes on and on. Only a neocon fascist would boycott the French for opting for a peaceful solution rather than a fascist invasion of a country that hasn't attacked anyone in 12 years. The neocons are fascists. The French stood for liberty last month.

The Germans celebrated the liberation of Poland in 1939.
Granted the Germans also celebrated the liberation of France in 1940. Nevertheless, The French have stood by the USA throughout history and contributed more to the idea of liberty than any Bush will ever do. W.Bush simply has never read history. He probably watches the History Channel, and old WWII movies and calls it historical analysis.

It is truly sad that Condi Rice was the author of the Hitlerian first strike policy. One would think that African-Americans would be careful before advocating the enslavement of others. Sadly, the Bush conquer and occupy with puppets strategy will probably succeed in convincing the Americans that they have a manifest destiny to conquer and subdue a resource rich land. Historically, the USA did it to Native Americans. What makes anyone think that holier than thou US religious nutcakes won't do it with the Arabic peoples?
