My record so far is about 50-60. Luckily those times which I did loose that much it was following a nice run where I had taken in at least that amount.

What is your record and what site was it on? Hopefully we can gather enough evidence to see which sites have a rigged deal /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

(that was sarcasm, please don't attack me)

55 playing $3/6 Omaha8 at Empire a few months ago. Two absolute maniacs in the game who were sucking out some unbelieveable hands on almost everyone. Had quads beaten by a gutshot straight flush on the river for example. Ok I can live with that but I made my quads on the turn, bet out, and &*(%#1 and &*(%#2 raise and reraise, which I of course cap. Neither one had made a boat yet on this paired board by the way. After having them suckout on me continually for the previous hour I was thinking 'THANK YOU, FINALLY' and then that bastard luck had to get involved in the hand. I even check my quads on the river after the third club fell making the s.f. possible *now that's paranoia* because the sucking out had been so bad so far only to have &*(%#1 help &*(%#2 cap the pot again. I don't think I've ever been so close to tossing a monitor out of a window as at that moment. No, I'm not bitter about it, why do you ask?

I've had several -100 BB sessions online. It really sucks. It has happened at several levels, but the $20-40 and a $5-10 level ones stick out in my memory.

How you deal with big losers like this says alot about your poker character. I drank and chased the cats around the condo with a vacuum cleaner for two days.

They have remote control panels that use the power supply for turning units off/on. After a few nights of a new cat scratching at the bedroom door I set the vacuum cleaner outside the bedroom door with one of these things. I wait for the faint scratching and then turn the vacuum on. I've never had to do this two nights in a row.

Those that find offense at this don't bother e-mailing PETA they already have me on speed dial.

After a few nights of a new cat scratching at the bedroom door I set......

ummm. why is the kitty OUTSIDE the bedroom door? you don't let them sleep in your bed?!?

that's sooooo rude. one night, when you are passed out drunk, covered in your own bile, those cats will surely take their revenge

250 big bets total

32 big bets at party in the 15/30 game. I was smart enough (?) to drop down in limits but went on to drop 30 more big bets in the 5/10 game, worst single day I have ever experienced!

I dropped ~130 bb in a 12 hour period where I was on insane drunken tilt last September. That day was a milestone for several reasons: 1) last time I played online, 2) last time I played drunk, 3) last time I went on tilt /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif

Sorry for my ignorance, but what is a BB?
Is that a big bet? Or a big blind?
And if it's a big bet, how much is that? Is that' arround $10? So if someone loses 90BB, is that $900?

It is big bet hung.

If you play 2/4 the big bet is 4
if you play 10/20 the big bet is 20

Hey, when that guy at the Bellagio said the best thing to do after a big losing session was drink and chase pussie he meant something different MS! /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

Thanks rusty.
So I can't lose BB's. Because I play NL. Do you guys really count the loss of each BB? I just write down how much I win or lose after a session. Sometimes I keep the history of a big pot. Am I a lonely NL player here? Who else plays NL most of the time?

RollaJ

I only play NL online, most I lost is $300 at a 2-4 blind NL game (that was a one time event thank god). My second worst is $100 loss in a day.
My biggest win in a day by far was $410, with a few $2-300 days usually Its btwn $40-$80 for an evening, weekends is when I get my good days (more time) /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

My biggest loss in one day is also arround $300. That was in a limit game. 6-handed hold'em limit. $1-$3 game. Freakin dangerous game.
