Due to the higher blinds and early position, how should I play this hand? As the blinds go up I'm not sure the best way to play low and medium pocket pairs - just call or raise and how much?

I think standard is push this, but fold if UTG beats comes in for a raise before you. You have less than 10 BBs, so you should be thinking push/fold, and 77's a good hand.

Given the typical opponents at the $11s I'd muck this hand and wait for better position. You have close to 10 BB at this point, I don't think there is a need to get involved in a coinflip situation with five players left to act.

I would just fold. In general it's either push or fold if you have less than 10 BB. Pushing into 6 people with only pocket 7's could be trouble, but I don't think it would be terrible if you did.

You could fold here, but you will have to pick up a better hand (else, why fold?) or at least be in a much better situation (less people to act), BEFORE your all in is inconsequential.
Within 4 hands you will have paid out 150 out of 985, leaving you with 835 (assuming you don't win your blinds back) and an M of 5.6, and an even lower effective M.
Being blinded out to the point of being ineffective is horrible, and you would be risking a lot more in my opinion by letting 77 go here than pushing with them and risking a 88 or better to call you.
If you have been inactive or tight until now, most likely all hands, besides 88 or above, will not call you because you can still hurt them pretty bad.
If you had more chips, I would say fold or simply raise, but because your stack is so short at a time when blinds will start to chop you, you need to either double up or pick up as many blinds as you can.

I could be wrong, but at the 11s I see no reason to risk your stack for 150 chips. You will have better opportunities later.

These are hard spots for everybody.

Due to the fact that people on the 11s love to call with low to mid PPs, I would push AQ+, TT+, probably even 99. Of course it depends on the table.

I'd let 77 go.
