The championship started with 111 people having $50,000 in chips each.

Here I am in day 2 in about 90th position of the 100 left starting with only $20,000 and paying $1,000 a round in blinds and antes.

In a normal tournament, (even the World Series) I would be happy with $20,000 at this level, yet I feel almost desparate because of the other people's stacks.

Of course it is easier for them to call me when few of their chips are in jepordy.

Oh well. I'll just have to win a couple hands and get back in it.

Thanks.

Well I nursed my $20,000 up to about $30,000 and then with 3 of us taking a flop, I had 8T /forums/images/icons/heart.gif on the button and overbet the pot moving all in when it came T /forums/images/icons/diamond.gif T /forums/images/icons/club.gif J /forums/images/icons/club.gif

I liked my 3 Tens, but didn't want to horse around with my short stack, two opponents and a very scary flop.

I got called by the big blind who had QK /forums/images/icons/club.gif giving him a straight flush draw, but I was still a 57% favorite.

Not how I like to get all my chips in and called but what the heck.

The turn is a king giving him 2 kings, but now I am a 64% favorite.

The river brings another king and he makes kings full vs my tens full.

Oh well.
