I'd like to make an effort to start posting more hands rather than just responding, because... well, I am not really doing that good (~18% ROI over ~500 11s/22s).

Here are a couple early TPTK hands, one that I think is standard, the other that maybe I FPS'd myself into a fold.

FPS! :

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t15 (10 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

BB (t800)
UTG (t800)
UTG+1 (t800)
UTG+2 (t800)
MP1 (t785)
MP2 (t800)
MP3 (t785)
Hero (t800)
Button (t785)
SB (t845)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A/images/graemlins/heart.gif, Q/images/graemlins/club.gif.
6 folds, Hero raises to t50, Button calls t50, SB calls t40, 1 fold.

Flop: (t162.50) T/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, Q/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 2/images/graemlins/heart.gif (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets t90, Button calls t90, SB folds.

Turn: (t342.50) 9/images/graemlins/club.gif (2 players)
Hero checks, Button checks.

River: (t342.50) 8/images/graemlins/spade.gif (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets t350, Hero folds.

Final Pot: t692.50

Standard (3-Flush, TPTK):

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t15 (10 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

UTG+2 (t800)
Hero (t785)
MP2 (t795)
MP3 (t635)
CO (t1105)
Button (t800)
SB (t710)
BB (t800)
UTG (t785)
UTG+1 (t785)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with A/images/graemlins/heart.gif, K/images/graemlins/club.gif.
1 fold, UTG+1 calls t15, 1 fold, Hero raises to t75, MP2 calls t75, 5 folds, UTG+1 calls t60.

Flop: (t247.50) T/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, K/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 9/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (3 players)

Converter screws up. Hero bets t150. MP2 pushes. Folds to Hero, who calls.

Thoughts? I'll explain my AQ hand in a bit (maybe it's totally standard), but first I'd like to hear why it sucks.

Hand 1:

I think you have to bet the flop a little more aggressively to eliminate the flush and straight draws. Maybe 2/3 pot - pot sized bet.

Why did you check the turn? KJ or 99 are the only hands that would make that card scary. I think not betting costed you the hand.

Hand 2:

I don't know if it's correct, but I would play the same. However, I could see a hand like A9 or A10 (with the A being diamonds) being played the same.

i like hand 2 a lot ... a lot of PP players at 11s/22s will bluff at a lot of 3 flush flops

hand 1, TPTK, you should be betting 100 - 125 IMO ... although i understand you're trying to make it look like a continuation bet ... after thinking about it thats exactly what you're doing, and hoping that he takes a shot at the pot on the turn so you can c/r him, but i dont know if thats best way to take because if hes on a heart draw you just gave him a free card ... river fold is standard then after that

Hand 1 I fire 200 on the turn rather routinely. This is a super draw heavy board, too many to check into what is now a medium to nice sized pot.

Hand 2 I play exactly the same as you. I mean exactly! Well, I could consider a fold if I knew the all-in raiser was super tight otherwise, but I don't mind racing one diamond with all that money in the pot already. Maybe it's too much of a gamble?

P.S. 18% over 500 11s/22s is not bad!
