villian was check-raising the flop with all kinds of nonsense. was planning on raising the turn to protect against the button because if he was on a good draw i didn't think he'd fold to 2 more bets cold on the flop. but when the jack came on the turn villian slowed down and the rest of the hand played itself, but i kicked myself for not 3betting the flop. p.s. villian is super LAG/moron. thoughts?

looks okay, but yeah I like jamming the flop while you still have the button trapped in there.

3-bet the flop.

I like your line if Villain c/r's the flop frequently, and then follows up with a turn bet. Your line isn't as good of course if villain has a tendency to c/r a flush draw/straight draw on this flop and then check the turn, hoping to get a free card. most players with your super LAG/moron description will continue to bet the turn after a flop c/r, so I think your line is ok here.
