Villain is 30/20/2.2... other 2 at table are loose passive. Preflop call probably marginal too. Comments?

Easy fold preflop. I would also fold the river without any additional reads.

preflop call is no good, you are out of position with trash.

I would fold preflop, and I think the river fold is good.
