Help me with spyware

I have some annoying spyware on my computer, and I can't seem to delete it. I ran spysweeper and it didn't work and I just scanned the computer with hijcak this. However, I have very little knowledge with computers, so I don't know what to delete. Can someone look over the log and help me out or tell me another program to download. TYIA.

You can give ad-aware and spybot a try they are quite good. If you have Windows XP you can also try Microsoft anti-spyware, it's very good and available for free although a beta from their website.

Always clean spyware from Safe Mode. You can get into Safe Mode by hitting F8 before the Windows Splash Screen appears. If Cool Web Search is detected your best and only bet will be CWShredder.
