I've been noticing a bit of a trend in my SnG play lately.....going out 7th or worse (usually worse). So I thought to myself, how can i fix this? I'm a pretty aggressive player (i play 5s, 11s, & 22s, but 5s right now because i'm broke, and no, not because of poker). so the best i could come up with?
Don't play the first 3 rounds.
Now, this wouldn't work on party, you only get 800 chips to start out, so you would be down to about 550 or so when round 4 came around, but i play on PokerRoom, so i was only down to about 1300 when i came in. And what do you know. I did this 3 times, and I have 3 1sts tonight.
Now here is where you tell me why this is a horrible idea, or sample size too small, or i suck, but please discuss.
