Ace rag from the SB at party 3/6

I'm diving into my PT stats in an attempt to determine why I suck at 3/6. I've discovered that after 9600 hands I am a net loser from the small blind with A2o-ATo in non-steal situations.

Is the general consensus to muck these hands from the SB in a 1/3 blind structure game unless I am first in?

Nearly all of these hands should have been easy preflop folds. Geez I suck /images/graemlins/frown.gif

I 3-bet resteal a lot with ATo through A7o from the SB, steal tendencies make me want to play or fold A2o through A6o. I complete down to A8o if I'm limping in, 1/3 stinks though. I think it's hard to qualify situations as steals or not, because I see open raises from MP2 or later and assume the default is it's a loosened raising situation and play my hand as such.
