A great article about free speech and deluded notions about patriotism. Bull Durham is one of the greatest American movies ever made - taking action against it because of what some of its actors now say is the height of stupidity. Don't get me wrong - I think Sarandon is a bit of a crack-pot, but that has no impact on my appreciation of her acting - same for Tim Robbins, although I don't think he's 1/2 the crack-pot his woman is.
