No, I would fold this pretty much everytime absent a read this early on (which, seeing as its early on, would be like 99% of the time).

You're likely to be a coinflip at best and see an overpair far more often. No reason to put yourself in that sort of situation so early in the tournament.

Fold. Too early to call that big a bet with JJ with a raise and a reraise all in in front of you it should be an easy laydown. You questioned yourself with results oriented thinking. You made the best play for the situation.
I think I've played against you before on UB. You'll find me hittin' up the 5+50 and 10+1 sng's and mtt's at UB. Are those the stakes that you play at? Give a shout out to I Steal4Real if your at the same table.

I don't like your limp. You stand to win between 60 and 160 chips with a standard raise.

I'd say it's an ok fold, given the raise and the all-in before you. You might be against two overcards/overpair and you don't know yet if the raiser is going to call the all-in, in which case your chances of winning wouldn't be that good.
