What does the upside down question mark signify in Spanish? How about that for a hi-jack?

The beginning of a question. In Spanish all questions and whatever the kind of sentence is called with an exclamation mark start with the upside down version.

It just signifies a question. Spanish is good about marking how long the question is, with ? at both ends of the sentence. Same goes with exclamation marks.

I've ignored a few people but I always unblock them because I'm curious as to what the say.
Also, if people ever [censored] up the frames by posting a gigantic picture or extremely long URL I'll ignore them until the thread dies.

This is not one of those. I was curious about how many people use the function and how they use it. I don't think any names have been named in the entire thread.

This is the only valid reason I see for ignoring a 2+2 poster. Even the idiots I can just skim past, but this will make the reading of the whole thread difficult.
Needless to say I don't ignore anyone.

Im so ignorant I dont even know how to. Is there a way to block all posts in OOT and News Views and gossip? I feel that ability would make me much more productive.

I have one. I never saw the point in ignoring someone until I ran across someone who offered absolutly nothing to a thread ever. He was an obvious troll and I thought why even bother skimming past his future posts? It's much more efficient to block out his crap then to look at them for a split second and realize who it is and then skip past.

Neither do I, and I agree about the long URL being a valid reason to ignore someone.
