I've been playing a lot of 6-max recently, where I believe this is pretty much a call down no matter what. Full ring is another story since a bigger ace is quite likely. However, he could just as easily have 66-KK and calling is a pretty good line.

I'd probably raise the flop with BB in the middle. I'm going to showdown too in this situation even if SB 3-bets the flop.
