The Fashion Show Mall just a block north of Mirage or Ceasers' Forum Shops. The last time I was there was between Christmas and New Years- unbelievable deals. I had more fun getting in touch with my gay side than I did drinking and gambling.

desert passage at the alladin
caesars forum shops ( expensive)
fashion show mall ( north of treasure island)
mandalay place (mandalay bay... small, but it has an urban outfitters, nike store, restaurants, etc.)
there is also an outlet mall downtown that isnt bad
