Poker Academy Pro 2.0 (demo version)

Just downloaded the demo version of this software to see what all the fuss is about. I played some limit & NL ring games against the bots... and I found the A.I. to be shokingly bad.

e.g. Gus Xansen bot calling a $100,000 bet into a $200 pot with QQ on a 8 5 4 flop.

What's going on? are the bots any better in the full version?

In the full version, you can adjust the settings on the bots.

The Limit AI is the strongest part of PA2, but for either NL or L the key is the opponent modelling. Until you have played around a thousand hands against a bot, it will not have a sufficiently developed opponent model to base its plays on. Once they get a good model of you, they improve significantly.

I am no PA2 salesman, but I am a great fan of the software and also the way the developers listen to the users' requests for additions and modifications.
