Has anyone read this book by Caro and Cappaletti? I saw it at the WSOP and thumbed through it for 3 minutes and it seemed it might be good. Unfortunately, break ended, I had to play and get busted. When I got back to the stand, it was sold. I searched the omaha/8 forum...got nothing. Let me know. Thanks
