Yes, definitely stop at Tunica on your way up - I believe they play some kind of card game there in pretty nice rooms...

The Pink Palace Museum is supposed to be good too. Try the Blues City Cafe for some good food at Beale and 2nd.

Tough to get a room in Tunica when the Gulf Coast casinos are evacuating. The high rollers on the coast get put up in Tunica, and the low rollers arrive to discover that their reservations got canceled at the last minute. Sorry.
