Convert .3g2 movive from Cell Phone to AVI

I did it.... I got "The Mantis" captured on video during a Crazy Pineapple 8/b spew-fest last night at the Wynn. In order for me too share it with everyone here at 2+2, I need to know how to convert it to AVI.

Any advice?
