whew, where to begin....well, let's see, i got started by kicking,first with my right leg then my left, (i'm right handed)then i learned vehn, i learned how to use the elbo. i began forward thrusts with right and then left elbo. kinda like the bulgarian pushka exept with a kick. and i was going along like that, and well i don't know what you call it but whatever i was doing must have worked because soon after that i was born.
