Which intramural should i do this fall?

I guess we can safely assume you like all of these activities? Otherwise maybe you should reconsider giving 2+2 total control of your life. Back to your question. My top 4 would be frisbee, capture the flag, basketball, or whiffle.

You can always find a pickup basketball game or football game. Do ones that you're not likely to ever play outside of the intramurals (ultimate frisbee, capture the flag, etc)

Whiffleball is the most fun game ever.

If you're good, dodgeball is wicked fun but all the kids who suck at it hate it so make sure you are agile and can throw hard. If you suck at these, then go with ultimate.

I think the important question is which are co-ed. Co-ed Volleyball is a great choice, and great chance to meet women. Men's volleyball just isn't that much fun.

Men's Flag Football & Basketball are awesome if your good at these sports. At my school they made stupid rules for the the co-ed games, like a guy can't block a girls shot and guys aren't allowed in the paint.

My favorite intramurals.
1.Broomball (Best game ever. Don't know how many schools have this because you need a layer of snow/ice for the playing surface)
2.Men's Flag Football (3 championships in 5 years)
3.Co-ed Volleyball (Meet my girlfriend.)
4.Co-ed Softball (Meet more girls)

Worst intramural sport I played:Ultimate Frisbee (I just don't get it. & I tried it stoned and not stoned and it wasn't fun).

Indoor soccer is a lot of fun. In indoor soccer even terrible players have a chance vs. good players.

I would agree that broomball is pretty much the sweetest IM sport ever...flag football si fun if you are athletic and have a good team

A real intramural program would only ofer 3 of these activities: Flag Football, Basketball, and Volleyball.

All of those other activities are a waste of time (unless they are co-ed).

I was thinking about voting for it. But it's certainly one sport where you can look really, really terrible if you're up against someone who knows how to pitch.

Do an outside one like football or whiffeball in the fall and save the indoor ones for next semester, which usually start in January.

Agreed. All the batters vs. me just look silly/images/graemlins/grin.gif
But the thing about it is that no one really takes it seriously where if you looked like a donk you would get embarrassed, same as ultimate.
