20+2, Level 2,
Villain is agressive but also plays his strong hands fast.

1 MP limper, I limp on the button with 8c8d, SB completes, BB (Villain) checks.

Flop is TcTh4h.

Villain bets 45 into 120 pot. MP folds; what is your plan for the hand given that if you raise the flop, Villain is likely to re-raise all-in with both a flush draw and a Ten?
I have 850, Villain has me covered, SB has 900.

If your read is good enough to write exactly what you did and villain does not also play a 4 like this, I think you have a fold given that this has 'reverse implied odds' written all over it.

If you continue with this hand, you must just call and see what he does on around 4 out of 5 turns.
