Holdem hands..

I hope I am posting in the right area.This is my first post here.I would like to know where online I can get info on hand match ups pre-flop..here is what I mean... lets say two people go all in pre flop and one person has J 3 unsuited and the other has A 4 suited..how could I learn how much of an advantage the person with A 4 has in terms of odds.Lets say the person with the ace has a 2 to 1 advantage.I hear people throw out numbers all the time "he is a 3 to 1 favorite"...there must be some chart or something online that a can review hand match ups on.
