For full ring games, what flop % and pot ave does a table have to have to make it worth sitting at?

I am curious about whether these numbers are actually of any help. For me, I look for at least 2 very active players with stacks around double the buy-in. 2 bad players who can double you up are required to make for a good table.
But, I am interested in what others have to say.

Fish.
Remember that high or low table statistics could be due to people who are no longer at the table. They are not always accurate.

Also, imagine a table with 3 super fishy players and 6 people on the waiting list. By the time 6 seats have rotated, how many of the super fishy players do you think are left? The good players definitely aren't leaving...

When I'm looking for tables, I want to see one where there aren't huge stacks and I prefer a table with a low average although the latter may just be a personal preference of not wanting to play every hand like my stack depended on it.
