Stipulation: used effectively for its legitimate purposes, not for recreational purposes.

My votes are for:
1. Excedrin.
2. Abreva.

What is with all the clarityn responses? Clarityn sucks, it's like trying to use a torch to light a ballroom. Or maybe I just have really bad allergies.

Apparently you've never been in pain. If I wanted M & M's I'd go to a vending machine.

I don't know if these are over the counter in the US, but in Canada the answer is not even close:
Emergency Contraceptive Pills.

Does this really work for anyone? I haven't taken any in a few years, but when I did, my sleep would always be real fitful. I'd usually wake up a few times during the night, and almost always had crazy dreams. I haven't found any over the counter drugs that can get me a good nights sleep on demand.

Well, they list the dosage wrong on the bottle. When you buy a bottle of Nyquil in the store, it's roughly 2 doses.
