Fold against a river c/r?

Villain is 35/17.5/1.6 over 40 hands. How is my play PF and on the river? What is Villain c/r with that I'm beating, given a PF raise and his lead-out on the flop?

2 folds, Villain raises, Hero re-raises, 2 folds, Villain calls.

Villain bets, Hero raises, Villain calls.

Turn: (5.75 BB) 4/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (2 players)
Villain checks, Hero bets, Villain calls.

River: (7.75 BB) J/images/graemlins/spade.gif (2 players)
Villain checks, Hero bets, Villain raises, Hero ?

I would think it safe to throw this away. Unless you've seen him do some silly things.
