Live with bakku, Dave and scrub; thirddan joined us later.

Two terrible limpers to me on the Button and I raise K/images/graemlins/spade.gif, T/images/graemlins/spade.gif. Dave folds his SB, scrub calls in the BB and the limpers call.

Flop: 7/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 8/images/graemlins/club.gif, J/images/graemlins/spade.gif
scrub bets, folded to me, I call.

Turn: Q/images/graemlins/heart.gif
scrub bets, I raise....

I think your folding equity is pretty minimal here.

I don't like it at all.

Scrub betting into the field on the flop means too much strength too often.

Easy flop raise/cap.

he led into two loose players with a PFR last to act on a draw heavy board. smells like straight or pair + draw, in whihc case it's going to take 3 bets to hope he folds

I'm nowhere near the player you guys are but I raise the flop all day long.

scrub would bet a pure draw there too (OESD or flush), don't you think? and, if he would, then jason may be able to take the pot down with a river bluff. so while the raise has no turn fold equity, it may have some river fold equity.

It's a nice change of pace play.
