Poker lingo: forced rotation

Seen/heard this a few times... what exactly does it mean? Just that the deal rotates around the table?

a forced rotation game is something like H.O.S.E. or H.O.R.S.E. or S.H.O.E. where the game rotates - 1/2 hour hold'em, 1/2 hour stud, 1/2 hour omaha, etc. These games are usually spread at high limits.
