The new one with Peter Gammons telling the other guy - forgot his name, "alright Meat, give em the heat." is a classic.

I'd put it up there with the Dan Patrick Perfect game commercial - my old favorite.

Maybe you just forgot to mention this, but it's a spoof of a Tim Robbins/Kevin Costner exchange from Bull Durham (best modern era baseball movie ever). You're right, it's funny as hell.

P.S. Remember the one about the kid that bypassed college to become an anchor, and Dan Patrick shakes his head and says "kid just couldn't cut it"? That's one of the funniest commercials ever.

For me, I gotta go with the SportsCenter homerun buzz phrases that didn't make the cut...

"That must be a Homer...simpson, cuz the pitcher just went DOH!"...classic.
