Norton detects but cannot delete. SpyBot doesn't see it but glitches on one of the bot numbers in the 12,000 range (a hijacker). Spyware Doctor did squat. Google identified it as a new one but not how to get rid of it. No site knew what it did. Do I really need to reinstall?
