Anybody here use maids or a cleaning service?

I'm a full time college student, with part time internship, and part time poker. I have two housemates with less-than-perfect cleaning habits, and zero time to deal with cleaning everything myself. I have no idea what the prices are like, but I think it HAS to be +EV to pay some people to clean the house every 2-3 months or so when it starts to get bad, smell, etc, rather than spending an entire day doing it myself.

Anybody have experiences with these types of services? What should I watch out for? What kind of prices should I expect? How do I find the best quality available?

Having a service come in every two weeks to dust, vacuum and clean the bathrooms and kitchen really cuts down on your cleaning time and is well worth the 75 to 100 dollars or so it should cost.

Isn't there a bulletin board around somewhere you can post a want ad for a cleaner? I would think you could get a starving student to do this even cheaper.
