Sup Y'all

villain hasn't done anything out of line, and seems decent

I open on the button with A/images/graemlins/club.gif 3 /images/graemlins/club.gif and he calls in the BB

Flop comes 3 /images/graemlins/heart.gif 7 /images/graemlins/heart.gif Q /images/graemlins/heart.gif
he checks, I bet, he calls

Turn comes 7 /images/graemlins/club.gif
he checks,

who bets, who checks, and why?

EDIT: Party 5/10 6 handed

Easy bet, because he's likely drawing and I feel totally comfortable folding to a raise.

I can't really see any reason to check here.

outs against a made flush or a Q?

EDIT: I definitely see merit to betting, as a high Ah is possible, just wanted to outline my thoughts

Do people really play flopped flushes or queens that way? At least, decent people?

These were my thought as well. While you might get c/r ocasionally by a worse hand and get called by a better hand, the majority of the time you bet will be called by various hands with a heart and you will be c/r by a 7,Q, or made flush and can easily drop your hand.

yeah I thought of this as I was driving home from the store, and these hands probably wouldnt check the turn, I'm checking behind too often.

I bet because I feel safe folding to a c/r and don't really have outs to speak of. I don't think a decent player would get too out of line on this board.

I second all the bet/fold opinions.

I bet. any /images/graemlins/heart.gif is calling here, and with bottom pair, i don't feel too bad about folding to a raise. IMO giving a free one here is bad.

I bet here, you don't like a free card here. Now even a non- /images/graemlins/heart.gif Q kills your hand. You can fold to a raise of course.
