Back in my second year of college 1997-98 the cable package in my dorms added a non MTV/VH1 music video channel (The Box?). It seemed like they showed a rotation of a small number of videos, one of them sticks out but I havent been able to figure out who it was by.

The song was very upbeat (and has recently been used in NASCAR ads on FoxSports) with a "woohoo" in the chorus. The video featured a bunch of muppet knock offs and the band (with a DJ) playing in front of giant letters (like Bobby Brown in Every Little Step) that spelled on the bands name. It was a very odd video. Im pretty sure the name had 3 letters and started with B. Anyone know who Im thinking of?

(note I am not thinking of Song 2 by Blur)

Not Local H. I'm almost sure these guys had a 3 letter name. I am less sure the first letter was B.

The now interestingly named BTK. I will try to find a link to the video.

Blur - Song 2 the "woohoo" song. But sounds like a cover by someone else if it had a DJ. The Song 2 video is just them playing the song and throwing themselves against a wall with a fan blowing.

Yup. However, the muppets thing made me think of 'Thumping on your radio' by Supergrass. I think that's what the song was called. I'm probably wrong though, i think Song 2 is a much better answer.
