I've been thinking about this call all night. I'm not sure I should have raised preflop. It seemed like the right play at the time. Is this a playable hand at this point in the tourney?

You should insta-push preflop initially.

Since you didn't, you should insta-call for t180 more.

This is standard for me. Especially if the blinds are going up again soon. With 6BBs in your stack, I think anything else here would be awful.

Sleep well.. you made the right move and ran into a monster. That's poker.

Actually the monster ran into me. I was good untill the turn when BB who has 77 makes his sevens full.

Oh well. Good to know the play was correct. I've never really compared my starting stack to the BB before. I usually just wait for the premium hands until the field thins a little more.

Ive never played at paradise, but this really cracked me up. How do you and the button both have fractions of a chip?

This is a huge leak in your game that needs to be fixed ASAP if you want to win. Premium hands just do not come along frequently enough, and you can't let your stack size dwindle down to nothing waiting for a high pocket pair.
