Do you pronounce "you're" and "your" any differently? I personally do, with a slightly longer and more drawn out vowel sound in "you're." Am I crazy, or do other people do this too?

This is a valid concern. They should be pronounced the same way but I pronounce "your" like "yer"

You're is more drawn out.
